Moroccan mint Tea its esay, quick and so good it occupies a very important place in Moroccan this latter is one of the biggest Tea importers of the world. the ingredients are fresh mint, sugar, water and gunpowder Tea.

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 fresh mint sprigs cut in half so they can fit in the teapot.
  • 1 teaspoon gunpowder tea or any green tea.
  • 500 ml boiling water.
  • 4 to 5 pieces of sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First in a clean pot, put gunpowder tea.
  2. Boil water once . putit into the kettle then discard the water keeping the green tea in the teapot , this will eliminate the bitterness of green tea.
  3. Add the mint leaves and sugar to the teapot , boil 100 cl of water and put it into the teapot.
  4. Let infuse 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Put it into a glass and put it back into the teapot several times to mix the tea.

Notes : you can place some fresh mint in each tea glass to obtain a stronger fresh mint aroma or to decorate your tea glasses.
